Shipments from Maroc to the EU benefit from the EU-Maroc Association Agreement. Required documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or AWB, EUR.1 movement certificate (for preferential tariff treatment), phytosanitary certificate (for agricultural/food products), certificate of conformity for industrial goods. Agricultural products must comply with EU sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) standards. Textiles require composition labeling. Electronics require CE marking. Automotive parts for EU assembly must comply with rules of origin provisions under the Pan-Euro-Mediterranean Convention.

Under the EU-Maroc Association Agreement, most Moroccan manufactured goods enter the EU duty-free. Key rates: automotive components 0% (with EUR.1), textiles 0% (with rules of origin compliance), phosphates and chemicals 0-3.2%, agricultural products reduced tariffs under quota system (tomatoes, citrus, olives subject to entry price system), seafood 0-12% depending on species and processing.
